XRD MACHINE IS BACK!

Dear All XRD Users,

The XRD Machine is BACK & READY TO BE USED starting from Monday, 5 September 2022.

As usual, you have to submit a filled application form to me for booking.

Please note that, you have to prepare your sample (powder) on the sample holder yourself and then, the technician will run the scanning for you. Please refer to the tab under 'Powder Sample Preparation' and ‘Reservation Table’ for further details. You cannot keep the XRD sample holder with you and you must clean them back after your session. These include the holder and sample preparation area. If you have other types of samples than powder, please consult me (if necessary) on how to prepare your sample for the XRD scanning purposes.

Please also make sure to bring along a CD on the day of your XRD slot, we can only pass/ transfer your results from the XRD machine via CD.
